Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours after your payment is received. Making sure your puppets are delivered cost effectively and in a timely fashion is a top priority of The Puppet Store. In general, most items arrive within 3-7 business days from the time your order is received. However, processing time and shipping time may vary depending on product availability and your location. If you need your puppets as quickly as possible - not to worry, we are well known for our discounted express shipping rates and personalized express delivery service.

RATES
USA Shipping Rates
Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process to most addresses. Rates vary depending on the weight of the package and your location. For your protection, all puppets are shipped with package insurance and shipment tracking/delivery confirmation at no additional charge. Please note that rates to international locations as well as to Hawaii and Alaska might not calculate correctly. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. However there are some countries, where the delivery services are not reliable. Shipping will automatically be calculated during the checkout process. If your country is not available when entering your shipping address, then we do not ship to this country. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. We do not charge or collect these fees nor are they included in your shipping quote.
DELIVERY
Delivery Times
Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days from the time your order is received. Please remember that business days do not include weekends or holidays. If you need your puppets in a rush, you will need to select an Express shipping option. It is usually best to call for product availability before placing an Express order.
The Puppet Store cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. Although our shipping carriers do their best to deliver your package promptly, sometimes certain circumstances beyond anyone’s control do occur. To avoid shipping delays, please make certain to provide us with your complete physical shipping address as well as a contact phone number, in case there are any questions or problems with the delivery of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Methods Used
We use USPS First class and Priority Mail for smaller packages and ship larger packages by UPS/FedEx Ground. Please be sure to provide us with a physical street address as UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Tracking Numbers
If you register with an account on our website at the time of placing your order you will be able to view tracking information. Simply log in to your account and choose the option to view order history. Detailed order information including any tracking numbers associated with your order will be shown. You will also be emailed a shipping confirmation along with the tracking number once your order has shipped. If you did not register for an account when placing your order you will NOT be able to view tracking information online.
Please note, if your order was shipped via USPS, these packages are often only scanned when they have been delivered, and we are unable to provide any more detailed information during transit.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
If you want different puppets sent to different addresses you will need to place a separate order for each ship to address. This is usually used when ordering gifts- especially during the holidays. Be sure to include YOUR credit card’s billing address as the bill to address.
