We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their puppet purchase. If you are not satisfied with your puppet order, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If a product arrives damaged please keep all shipping cartons and contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier.

Return Policy
  • Customers must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of purchase, in order to initiate a return.
  • Books, scripts, CD’s, puppet stands, final sale items, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in perfect, new condition, in original packaging, with ALL original tags.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the return is a result of our mistake).
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of issuance of return authorization.
  • A copy of the original packing slip or sales receipt must accompany the return.
  • You will receive a refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, by credit card adjustment within 14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return items, received Free Shipping originally, and the original order total now falls below the Free shipping amount, the shipping expense we incurred in sending the original shipment will be deducted from your credit.
  • Do NOT send anything to us until you have received confirmation that your return has been approved. You will then be given a special address to send your return to. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited for.
If you want to exchange an item, and the new item with shipping is less than the original order, we will be able to update the credit card charge and refund any balance. If however, the new item with shipping is more than the original order, we would need to refund your credit card for the item cost and you would place a new order.
